Untreated emotional distress can have tragic consequences for our young people or negatively impact them into adulthood. Parents are desperate and have nowhere to go. LOHA provide a unique approach that is evidence-based, sustainable and highly accessible for all. There are a number of mental health platforms linking individuals to therapists, and several platforms provide cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) but our relational approach is unique. We are commencing at a time when the power of a more relational approach to therapy is increasingly being recognised. This enables them to have conversations about their thoughts, feelings and experiences more openly, establishing TRUST, which is core to all family members good mental health. • LOHA therapy activities are facilitated via our conversational AI and can be completed at home on a device that suit the family (Phone, Tablet, Laptop, In-App, TV). The sessions are playful and creative but with a serious intent of growing closer bonds between family members. • Alongside the therapy sessions we offer parent ‘drop in’ sessions online where a LOHA family coach is available to help support families as and when they need it.
