As you enter the hall way there are plenty of hooks to hang your coats and to the right is a large storage cupboard where you will find the washing machine/dryer and boiler - there is always hot water! The lodge has 3 double bedrooms with a TV in each, 2 full bathrooms, a large well equipped kitchen including gas hob and oven integrated fridge and freezer, microwave and dishwasher - there is even a Bosch coffee machine The lounge is furnished with comfortable sofas and armchairs and has hypnotising views of the rolling Cornish hills and countryside. There is a large Smart TV and an inviting flame effect log burner to feel cozy during the Winter evenings. French doors lead out onto the terrace. To the right is the dining area with plenty of room for everyone to sit around the dining table to enjoy a home cooked meal. Further down the hall way leads to the bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has two large single beds, bedside locker and a wardrobe with drawers and plenty of hangers to hang your holiday clothes. Bedroom 2 is the master with a kingsize 5ft bed, walk in wardrobe and an ensuite bathroom with shower, basin and wc. Bedroom 3 has two large single beds, bedside locker and a wardrobe. Each bedroom has it's own TV. (the single beds can be pushed together to make double beds) A complimentary travel cot and/or highchair are available for your stay There is a family bathroom with bath and shower overhead. One dog possibly two permitted per booking with owner's prior authorization - £30 fee per dog. This is a non-smoking property - guests may smoke outside. There are EV chargers to charge your electric car in Parkdean carpark or you can plug your car in through lodge window. Minimum stay is for 5 nights - please enquire if you are interested in booking as a discount can nearly always be applied. The lodge is situated in the newly developed, prestigious area housing only luxury lodges Maple View, a quiet section of Park Dean Newquay which enjoys stunning, countryside and sea views. There are comfortable sofas in the lounge area as well as little stools that pull out from under the coffee table. The flame effect fire is lovely to sit in front of when the nights get cooler. There is also full gas central heating throughout. In the dining area there a dining table with 4 chairs. WIFI has been installed in the caravan.
