Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Social Media/Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute our clients social media strategy across platforms including Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Twitter, and with a plan to incorporate TikTok, across 2 brands. The ideal candidate should be proficient in WordPress, possess a deep understanding of digital ad budgeting and management, and be adept at interpreting and utilising data analytics. This role also involves some event coordination and assistance. Additionally, the candidate will collaborate with external PR agencies to further brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy and Execution:
Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy in line with company objectives.
Create and curate engaging content for various platforms.
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across all social media channels.
Platform Management:
Manage and grow the company's presence on Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
Stay updated on social media trends and incorporate relevant features and tools.
TikTok Integration:
Strategize and implement the incorporation of TikTok into the social media marketing plan.
WordPress Proficiency:
Maintain and update the company's WordPress website with current and relevant content.
Digital Ad Budgeting and Management:
Plan, execute, and monitor digital advertising campaigns to maximise ROI.
Allocate and manage budgets effectively across different advertising channels.
Analytics and Reporting:
Utilise data analytics and other tools to measure the effectiveness of social media efforts.
Provide regular reports on key performance metrics and insights.
Collaboration with PR Agencies:
Work closely with external PR agencies to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation.
Requirements:
4+ years experience as a Social Media Marketing Manager or similar role.
Proficiency in Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok.
Strong WordPress skills.
Demonstrable experience in digital ad budgeting and management.
In-depth knowledge of Google and other data analytics.
Event coordination experience is a plus.
Excellent organisational and forward planning skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with external agencies.
